When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship out all orders within 24-48 hours. You can choose standard Tracked 48 delivery or express Tracked 24
How much is your shipping cost ?
We do not profit from shipping costs. Standard delivery costs £3.99 for orders below £35
Can I cancel or change my order ?
To cancel or change your order, please contact us via email at arukacandleco@gmail.com within 2 hours of purchase.
Can I change my delivery address ?
To change your delivery address , please contact us via email at arukacandleco@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order as we start processing each others immediately after being submitted.
Can I return my order?
Please contact us via email at arukacandleco@gmail.com, please note that orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing order
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track the progress of your order.
CANDLES
Can I request a custom order ?
Yes you can, to request a custom order please leave us a message with a clear description of the order and the quantity and we would aim to respond to you within 1-2 working days (email: arukacandleco@gmail.com)
Can you burn sculptural candles?
Our candles are designed primarily for decoration, they let off a subtle scent without burning however, if you do choose to burn them please place the candle on a flat heat-resistant surface and NEVER directly on the countertop. Please note, burn time may vary.
What do I do if my candles arrive damaged?

What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made of natural soy wax.
CANDLE CARE
How do I safely burn my candle?
Trim the wick to 1/4inch before lighting. Allow the candle to burn for at least two hours on the first burn to ensure an even melt pool.
Always burn within sight and keep away from flammable objects.
Always place a candle on a heat resistant surface and make sure you extinguish the candle before you leave a room or go to sleep. see candle care for more information.
You can extinguish a candle by using a snuffer or gently blow out the flame to extinguish the candle. Avoid blowing the hot wax around.
